Payment and Shipping

All orders are shipped regular ground delivery unless otherwise specified.

At Connoisseurs, we realize the importance of quickly receiving product. This is why we want to create the most efficient and convenient procedures for you to choose. We process and ship orders from our Massachusetts warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If you need rush delivery we are anxious to accommodate. We have several options available; next day delivery, two day delivery, three day delivery, and standard ground (possibly up to 5+ days, depending on your location).  The expense of the shipping is determined by the distance and the priority required for its delivery.  When placing an order, please designate the type of shipping if it needs to be expedited.  If no type is selected, it will be shipped by standard ground delivery. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.

Returns & Refunds

 

Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the order ship date for a full refund to your original form of payment, unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted. Merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging.

When returning your merchandise, please pack unused items in their original packaging and include your original invoice. If you can not find your invoice, please include a printout of your order confirmation email. Without this information, we will be unable to process your return.

Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

 

You’re also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. However, we are not responsible for lost return packages. We recommend you insure and track your package.

Upon receipt and processing of your return, which typically can take up to 20 business days from your date of shipment, you will receive an email from Connoisseurs with confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, however, shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
